Terms, Conditions, and Warranty

PLEASE MAKE A NOTE:

All inquiries discussed below are addressed via email, info@spectramaxled.com. Spectramax LED lights are under limited warranty to be free of manufacturing defects in material and craftsmanship for 3 years. If a product is determined to be defective, Spectramax LED will, at its option repair, replace, or issue store credit upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Spectramax LED does not pay for incoming freight on warranty claims, but will pay for outgoing freight back to the customer.

The Spectramax LED limited warranty does not cover abuse, cosmetic damage, or damage due to nature, acts of God such as hail, flooding, tornado, fire, wind, misuse, negligence, or disassembly or modification of any part of the product. Spectramax LED warranty requires that the unit be plugged into a reliable surge protector to protect the electrical components during a power surge.

The limited warranty does not cover damage due to the failure to follow proper installation and operating procedures, in addition to the following reasons: Loss or damage to the product by light rails, other equipment, or other products, loss of or damage to the product due to abuse, products or electronic components that have been modified by the user, mishandling, alteration, exposure to water, damage by any type of liquid, accident, power surges, damage from lightning, damage from electrical storms, connecting LEDs to improper power voltage, or electrical current fluctuations.

Spectramax LED and its suppliers, are not responsible under any circumstance for the removal of or reinstallation of any product, nor for the expense accumulated thereof. LED lights can be dangerous and cause death or injury. Spectramax is not responsible for property damages due to LED products. Spectramax LED is not responsible for damages due to improper installation, excessive voltages, unauthorized alterations, inadequate wiring, inadequate circuit protection, use or installation of LED lights, abuse, misuse, inadequate maintenance, unconventional use, or accidental damage. Spectramax LED assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages, expenses occurred in removal or reinstallation, expenses for packaging, handling and shipping.

This warranty repair or replacement is applicable only if it is the sole remedy available, and will not apply if other warranties or insurance cover any problem with the product. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is expressly excluded. Spectramax LED products are covered only when in possession of the original owner and are not covered if they have been purchased from any person or entity other than Spectramax LED and the warranty does not apply to units purchased as used or second hand from the original owner.
Damage which occurs during shipping is extremely uncommon, but if this occurs, we require to be notified within 3 days of delivery. We will have the product shipped back to us and send out a new unit.

If the order is cancelled before the item is shipped, we will process a refund. If the order is cancelled after shipping, the item must be returned intact in brand new condition without any damage, defect, or product modification(s). ALL BILLING FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIS SITE WILL BE IN THE PARENT COMPANY NAME OF “PREVENTIVE HEALTH ADVISOR.”

After purchase, if you are dissatisfied with Spectramax LED lights for any reason, they may be returned within 90 days with free shipping and free of charge. The item must be intact in brand new condition without any damage or defect. For returns involving more than 2 items, (3 or more), an 18% restocking fee will apply.
